We will pick you at your accommodation or at the information centre, you will join a small group no more than 5 people in total, this makes the experience very intimate and unique. We'll start laying down the knowledge and understanding of how Napier became the Art Deco Capital of the world, exploring the architecture of the past with the hiding gems of the present like street art. Then we will explore the old port in Ahuriri with its fishing village and the iconic National Tabacco Building. From here we will leave Napier and head to Hastings, not before stopping at the Celestial Compass to discover Māori art and how the main constellations appear on New Zealand sky. Going between Napier and Hastings you must go through the many orchards and vineyards that makes Hawkes Bay the fruit bowl of New Zealand. Next we will travel to Havelock North a small European village next to the famous Te Mata Peak where you will have the opportunity to enjoy a 380 degrees view (weather dependant) or we can visit Arataki Honey Visitor Centre, where you can do taste a great variety including the famous Manuka Honey.
